Karnissa Caldwell is an educator with over sixteen years of experience in Kansas City. Karnissa is a co-founder of The Pod, The Place of Dreams, and has a passion for youth and meeting the needs of the community.

James is co-founder of The POD and has served over 6 years in education in the Kansas City area. James values his work in the community with Kansas City Parks and Recreation and is a basketball coach with previous collegiate experience in Nebraska and Arkansas.

With a keen eye for detail and a knack for organization, Nicole will be the driving force behind seamless event planning and smooth logistical operations.
